Hi, I’m Adrian.
People I cross paths with gain clarity, confidence, and a new perspective on what’s possible. I’m fascinated by the intersection of psychology, technology, and what seems to be impossible.
Previously, I was an advisor for creators, CEOs, and organizations undergoing transformation. Now, I help unlock creative potential, build future-proof careers, and embrace change as a way to thrive in a constantly evolving world.
I’ve had 99 jobs, but an “influencer” ain’t one.
But, as a marketer, ghost writer and executive, I guided influencers and professionals to discover the formulas behind their talents, often helping those who felt overworked, stuck, or disconnected from their purpose.
They needed to reimagine their processes not as a grind, but as creating art.
These days, my focus is on allowing people to have a healthy relationship with change, and being resourceful. Not just as a skill, but as a tool for discovering your life’s work, securing your future, and designing a creative lifestyle that aligns with your values.
For those wondering, I’m not planning on making this a paid subscription at the moment.
If you got so far, stay connected here for insights on navigating the intersection of creativity, strategy, and meaningful change.

P.S. Why is this called the “3 percent Rule”?
Let me tell you the story of Virgil Abloh. He was once approached by Nike to re-do their 100+ classic shoe designs. You won't believe what he did. This guy worked his way up in the industry from nothing. He also at some point was the creative director for Kanye' West albums and clothes.
Not to mention Luis Vuitton let him direct as well! Virgil had a few tricks, and one philosophy: the 3 percent rule: You take something familiar and you tweak it. You remix it. In the right setting, it becomes so new, its revolutionary. But 97% familiar, so not scary and gives the feeling of safe to adopt.
He is also quoted saying: “Take a candle for example - If you put it in a garage, it's trash. Put it in an art gallery, and it's art.”
Nike expected him to do huge things to their 100 best selling shoes... He added colorful zipties to the laces, and "quotes" to the "NIKE" or "AIR" or "JORDAN" writing on the shoe. That's all.
It was brilliant, they say.
Upon listening to the late Virgil's lectures, I realized it's what I have been doing in change management, for people to first trust me, then trust the process, then adopt all the changes. As well as in marketing. I'd hack the context and make something meant to be ignored, avoided, into highlighted instead.
So much so, I bought the 3percentrule dot com in homage.
You guys should deep dive into Virgil Abloh for inspiration.
