Fall apart.
Cry in your car.
Question everything.
But don’t stay there.
Get up.
Make one small change.
Introduce a metaphorical 3% change into something old, to safely and easily make it new.
Why easily, and why using this 3% rule?
Because if you change too much, too fast, it will swing back into it’s safe space.
Because by changing just a little at a time, it won’t be scary.
Resilience in a sentence is:
Getting back up when life knocks you down.
Change is the greatest force in the universe.
Embrace it. Influence it. Master it.
Change something.
And watch the world bend just enough to meet you at least halfway.
Thanks for the heart, Manuel and Maria, how would you describe resiliency in a sentence, and why?
